Studying data science, machine learning, and business analytics with a focus on enterprise applications. Earned an A+ on my Capstone Project in Data Analytics. To help a company grow the penetration of its in-app e-commerce business, I replaced its rule-based targeting for first-order coupons with uplift modeling to identify truly incremental users, then validated the approach with an A/B test, improving both conversion rate and net value per user.

Built Dify workflows and optimized prompts for speech recognition, image understanding, and personalized story generation, supported PRD and prototype design based on early user research, launched the product website with Next.js, and analyzed content performance across the website, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat.

Built an AI-driven, automated SKU review analysis pipeline for the Quality Assurance team. Used a Bayesian CUSUM algorithm to monitor SKUs for sustained rating deterioration, and analyzed review text with Auto Buzz, a text analysis tool built on Google Vertex AI, LangChain, and FastAPI, to pinpoint the root causes of quality issues.
